Where we are
Our apartments may be found on the Tyrrhenian coastline; we are known as the "pearl" of this part of the coastline called "The Coast of the Gods". There is a wonderful view of the Aeolian Islands directly opposite, and the blue sky and sea contrast so well with the nearby green of the olive trees. The apartments are near the beach, and the short distance allows one to walk there; there are some lovely sandy beaches with rocks all around. It is also only 1km to the town centre, and 500m from the port of
Tropea.
The apartments
The apartments have recently been built with swimming pool, solarium and bar on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and Tropea; and are situated in a quiet area with a well-tended garden full of tropical plants and flowers. There are also sun loungers, sun umbrellas, small tables, outdoor showers, and a barbecue to be made use of in the garden.
As you can see from the photos, the apartments are set out on two floors. There are either single or double bedrooms, all well-furnished, with private balcony, table, chairs and deckchairs. On entering the apartments, there is a well-kept cooking area, kitchenware included, a bathroom with shower, and car parking space in the garage.
Availability and Bookings
The apartments are available from March to October 2010. It is also possible to book for less than a week in low season. For further information, please phone or send an e-mail; bookings are valid after confirmation of availability and after having received a deposit of 30% of the total sum (either by bank draft or postal order); the remaining sum must then be paid within 24 hours of arrival. Stays begin on Saturdays at 1pm, and apartments must be vacated by 10am on Saturdays, or as agreed upon
beforehand.

General Conditions
The prices listed refer to each apartment per week.
Electricity, gas, hot and cold water, color TV with channels in Italian, English and German, use of kitchenware, sheets and weekly change of sheets, cot, car parking space, and end-of-stay cleaning are all
included.
Washer coin (2 euro per wash).
Extra Services (on request)
Breakfast and bar service poolside.
Cleaning during the week: 15.00 euro per hour
Washing machine (4 euros per wash).
Excursions
There are a lot of tours and trips organised locally: a daily boat trip to the Aeolian Islands (Stromboli), with departure from the port of Tropea; coach trips to Sila, the nearby mountains; visits to the monastery in Serra San Bruno; trips to Pizzo Calabro, and to the museum in Reggio Calabria famous for its bronze statue exhibits. There are also many local feasts to be enjoyed in the evenings in local villages and towns.
How to arrive
By car: follow the A3 motorway, direction SA - RC (Salerno - Reggio Calabria). Come off at Pizzo Calabro (S.S. 522 - main road 522), and head for Vibo Marina, Parghelia, Tropea.
By plane: Lamezia Terme International Airport, 55km from Tropea. Look out for special offers with Ryanair.
By train: On arrival at Lamezia Terme Station head for Tropea Station. On agreement, you may also make the most of our free transfer service from the station to your
apartment.
